Measurement
We have the capability to carry out full dimensional inspection, either in our Quality Laboratory with our CMM, or in-situ with our Faro arm, from Level 3 to Level 1 inspection reports, giving our customers the confidence of full dimensional capability .

Whether it is Firewall inspection through new product launch, in-line SPC monitoring through manual or bespoke built in equipment, or line-side gauging as part of our production control processes, at Lander we can tailor pro-active quality solutions to meet the needs of our customers. From weld tear-down to full mechanical property analysis, we have the capabilities to ensure quality is built in to our products from day 1.
Apollo System
Created in-house by a cross-functional team, the Apollo system uses the latest IoT (internet of Things) and PLC technology to get information from many different information sources (machine controllers, environmental, ERP and HR systems) to provide real-time feedback to operators and team leaders. Additionally, this data is recorded in a data warehouse solution that can be interrogated by an easy-to-use web-based portal to view historical trends and data or even make ad-hoc queries without the need for IT intervention.
