Our Global Headquarters and largest manufacturing facility employing circa 250 people. Our Birmingham plant houses our central group functions including engineering, purchasing, sales, IT, HR and group finance. At over 10,000 square metres, it is our largest manufacturing facility by size and is configured to support medium to high volume products mainly for the automotive and off highway sectors. The facility is also the base for our plastic servo bending machine and our Product development Centre.

Formerly known as Maxpower Automotive, our West Bromwich facility manufactures smaller bore tube assemblies for the off highway, industrial and niche automotive markets. With approximately 200 employees it is focused on the supply of low to mid-range volumes levels. With a dedicated cell for the production of Hydraulic tubes for the construction market and state of the art bending equipment for Bundy style brake pipes the facility has range of capabilities. Other in-house processes include metal tube cutting, camera vision systems for product verification and nylon tube processing.

Previously called Malvern Tubular Components, this facility is configured for lower volume products but with very high variation of design of parts. Malvern is mainly producing larger bore diameter tubes, however, with bending capability from ø6mm up to ø154mm with a new BLM Elect 150 CNC bending machine, we can support our customers with almost any requirement. With an in-house paint plant offering wet spray and powder coating, along with Millipore cleanliness testing, a prototype facility, welding fabrication line and air decay leak testing for multiple tube sizes.

Lander acquired Franklin Tubular Products from the Tricorn group in March 2022. With a very strong North American customer base in the off highway, commercial vehicle and industrial markets the acquisition is key to support our business diversification strategy. Based in Franklin, North Carolina, the plant has over 60,000 square feet of manufacturing space and a dedicated work force of circa 120 people.

The Rabun Gap plant was acquired in March 2022 and is based in Georgia, approximately 20 miles from Franklin. The facility houses a wet spray line paint plant which is used for all of the surface finishing for the parts that Franklin produces. There is also significant floor space available for installing additional production capacity if required.
