Lander: Moving the world through power and strength in tubular products.
With over 140 years of history and experience since William Lander started manufacturing household wire formed goods in his attic back in 1881, the company has grown and transformed beyond his dreams through evolution and acquisition to become the group we are today.
Lander is a multiple award-winning supplier of precision engineered tube-based products with a global reach from our facilities in the UK and USA. We specialise in the production of steel, aluminium and plastic tubular assemblies for fluid and air transfer systems and welded structures such as seat frames and structural supports, for the automotive, off highway, commercial vehicle and industrial markets.
Our wide range of capabilities to process tube sizes from ø4mm up to ø152mm in a variety of material types and at any volume level, makes us a single point of supply for all of our customers’ needs.
And whilst our product offering may have evolved our ethos remains centred on the development of close working relationships with our customers, many of whom see us as integral partners within the supply chains of their businesses.
We are a company with a global outreach, mixing local supply sources with low-cost country support, with a dedicated team in both China and India to help provide direct pan-Asian supply chain support and technical services to our local supply base.
As we develop our capabilities to meet evolving customer needs, we continue to invest in our infrastructure and people, providing high quality, right first time and on- time product, through robustly engineered processes.
Lander growth has continued through the acquisition of the Tricorn Group’s UK plants in 2021 and their USA division in early 2022. The strengthening of our manufacturing footprint has enabled us to provide greater support for our global customers whilst welcoming more employees into the Lander Family. All companies will be re-branded as Lander Tubular Products to further reinforce our position as a market leader.
